DO I PAY IF THE TRANSACTION FALLS THROUGH?
No, we only get paid when the transaction sucessfully closes. We assist you in creating and sending the title company a CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization), so that you don't even have to cut the check or deliver it to us. We can have the title company take care of that for you.
WHERE ARE MY FILES STORED?
We work with Mevi and CTM and will upload all documents for a Real Estate Commission Compliant file to your account. All of your files are easily accessible wherever you are.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
No, we never nickel and dime you for our service. Pick the package that fits your transaction and that's all you'll pay after your successful closing.
ARE YOU LICENSED?
We have one licensed transaction manager on our team, so we can step in and create Contracts, Listing Agreements, Amendments any real estate forms on your behalf. Take advantage of our listing package and contract creation to free you up to focus on negotiation and client prospecting.
